KALA Sauna Panel
Overview
A red and near-infrared panel built to live inside a sauna. All-aluminum, fan-less and IP65-rated, it handles moisture and cabin temperatures up to 65°C (150°F) that would kill a standard panel. Remote control, integrated timer and full spectral control let you run red, near-infrared or both without leaving the bench.
Who it's for
Sauna owners who want to stack light therapy with heat, and clinics or studios adding red light to an existing sauna room.
How to use
Mount inside the sauna at the manufacturer's recommended distance. Run ten to twenty minutes per session alongside your normal sauna protocol; use the timer so you don't have to watch the clock.
