WELLBLOC Recovery Room is operated by WELLBLOC Inc., a Canadian retailer of recovery, mobility and wellness equipment. Products sold on this site are fulfilled from Canada by WELLBLOC Inc. and its authorized supplier partners.

Products and information

We work hard to describe products accurately, including specifications provided by manufacturers. Occasionally errors occur; we reserve the right to correct pricing or descriptive errors, and to cancel and refund orders affected by them. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

Recovery and wellness products are not suitable for everyone. Orders and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or error; in such cases you will be refunded in full.

Returns and warranty

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Manufacturer warranties are described on our Warranty page.

Intellectual property

The WELLBLOC name, logo and site content are the property of WELLBLOC Inc. or its licensors. Brand names and product images belong to their respective manufacturers and are used with authorization as a retailer of those products.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WELLBLOC Inc.'s liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.
