COREFX X-Barrow
Overview
Part push sled, part wheelbarrow. The X-Barrow has plate-loadable arms and a 450 lb capacity, so you set the resistance and then push, carry or drive it — the kind of loaded locomotion that builds strength you can actually use. Industrial-grade steel frame on heavy-duty tubeless wheels that roll on turf, pavement or gym floor.
Who it's for
Teams, performance facilities and serious home gyms with the space for sled work. Also used in later-stage rehab conditioning, where loaded pushing and carrying rebuild capacity without the impact of running.
How to use
Load plates onto the arms to set resistance, then work in short efforts — pushes down a turf lane, loaded carries, or drive intervals. Start lighter than you think: sled work is deceptively taxing and the load sits far from your centre of mass.
What's included
- COREFX X-Barrow frame with plate-loadable arms and tubeless wheels
- Weight plates sold separately
Specifications
- Weight capacity: 450 lb
- Construction: industrial-grade steel
- Wheels: heavy-duty tubeless, indoor and outdoor surfaces
- Plate-loadable arms
Caution
Load the arms evenly and check plates are secure before every effort — an unbalanced load can tip the frame. Push with a neutral spine and let your legs drive rather than rounding your back into it. Keep the run clear of people and obstacles, and give yourself stopping distance: a loaded barrow does not stop quickly.
